Rosemary French 75 with A to Z Bubbles

For the Rosemary Syrup:
– 1 cup water
– 1 cup granulated sugar
-4-5 sprigs of fresh rosemary

For the Cocktail:
– A to Z Bubbles
– 1 1/2 oz gin
– 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 1/2 oz homemade rosemary syrup (adjust to taste)
– Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish
– Lemon twist, for garnish

Making the Rosemary Syrup:

1. In a small saucepan, combine the water, granulated sugar, and fresh rosemary sprigs.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes to infuse the rosemary flavor.
4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the syrup cool completely.
5. Once cooled, strain out the rosemary sprigs, and transfer the syrup to a bottle or jar for storage. The rosemary syrup can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Preparing the Rosemary French 75:

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and homemade rosemary syrup.
2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
3. Strain the cocktail mixture into a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass.
4. Top off the glass with chilled A to Z Bubbles, leaving some space at the top. Garnish your Rosemary French 75 with a fresh rosemary sprig.
