Hot Lobster Dip x A to Z Chardonnay

Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked lobster meat
– 1 (8 ounce) block less fat cream cheese, softened
– ½ cup Greek yogurt
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– ½ teaspoon paprika
– ¼ cup chives, diced
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon hot sauce
– ½ cup shredded Gruyère cheese
– ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients aside from the shredded cheeses. You can also use a stand or handheld mixer for this.
- Stir in the Gruyere cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese starts to bubble. Set the oven to Broil and broil for 2-3 minutes until the top is slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes and serve with crackers, pita chips or crostini.
