A to Z Riesling Peach Cooler
Summer’s here, and so is the ultimate refresher: our Riesling Peach Cooler! With the crisp, floral notes of Riesling and the sweet, juicy goodness of ripe peaches, this easy, breezy cocktail is perfect for poolside lounging, backyard barbecues, or just kicking back on the patio. Ready to sip into a cooler, tastier summer?
Ingredients
– 2.5 oz Reisling
– ¾ oz Peach schnapps
– ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
– ½ oz Honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
– Peach slice, for garnish
Directions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a glass with fresh ice.
